A major Russian bank faced a challenge: how do you tell a 20-year customer service story in a way that employees actually want to experience? Presentations get skimmed, newsletters ignored, videos rarely watched to the end. They needed a format that engages, not just informs. We built Quest Bot — an interactive storytelling platform on Telegram. Instead of passive viewing — active participation. Users make decisions that shape the narrative, earn virtual currency, and track progress in their personal dashboard. 9 episodes of corporate series where every choice has consequences. The result: engagement increased dramatically. Employees shared the bot with colleagues on their own, discussed plot twists, and competed for achievements. But here's the key — the platform is universal.
